This issue was resolved within an hour, BUT

LR users can SEND and RECEIVE "MANUAL" payments.

BUT ...

$ s+ Y/ f3 f& t6 z; B( p: q- ySCI/API interfaces are not working...

That means we cannot process our LR payout backlog and new deposits are not added automatically to our system.
