LR又出问题了？

The SCI/API system never came back to normal.

LR users can SEND and RECEIVE "MANUAL" payments.

BUT ...

4 p0 n6 b8 @3 NThat means we cannot process our LR payout backlog and new deposits are not added automatically to our system.
