打开修改forumdisplay.htm 文件找：
<textarea rows="7" cols="80" class="autosave" name="message" id="message"  tabindex="2"
后面添加：
style="background:{ALTBG1} url(images/notice_bg.gif) no-repeat right bottom; "

打开修改viewthread.htm 文件找：
<textarea rows="7" cols="80" class="autosave" name="message" id="message"  tabindex="2"
后面添加：
style="background:{ALTBG1} url(images/notice_bg.gif) no-repeat right bottom; "
将附件图片另存为改名为notice_bg.gif，放到images目录下
