LR又出问题了？
这是一个HYIP站的来信As some of you might already know Liberty Reserve SCI/API systems was NOT WORKING for the last 40 hours.

This issue was resolved within an hour, BUT
(((Everybody please pay attention to this part)))
The SCI/API system never came back to normal.
LR users can log in their accounts.
LR users can SEND and RECEIVE "MANUAL" payments.
BUT ...
SCI/API interfaces are not working...
That means we cannot process our LR payout backlog and new deposits are not added automatically to our system.

THE PROBLEM LIES IN LIBERTY RESERVE PAYMENT SYSTEM AND NOT IN OUR SITE, SCRIPT OR SERVER.
API error at the moment looks like this:
Error, tried to send 10.75 to LibertyReserve account # U002xxxx. Error: Invalid XML structure
不知是真是假 估计是假的！:time: 支付接口打不开啊:Q :Q
